This blend is a testament to the seasonality of coffee and we hope to use this blend to introduce new coffees and experimental processing methods. The current iteration made up of an anaerobic honey process from Sidama and an anaerobic natural process from Yirgacheffe has a fresh green apple acidity with notes of ripe apricots and dark chocolate.
